Production Errors: We guarantee a high level of accuracy. We will refund or replace up to 10% of the order quantity in the event of misprints or missing items reported within 14 days of delivery.

Customer Errors: We assume no liability for errors made by the customer during the ordering process, including incorrect sizing, misspelled names for customization, or wrong shipping addresses.

Returns: Because these are custom-made items, we do not offer any refunds or returns once the store has closed.
